南疆中小学法制教育现状的调查与研究

加强中小学法制教育是推进依法治国的重要内容。中央及有关部委多次就加强学校法制教育做出重要指示。论文在调查了南疆中小学法制教育现状的基础上,指出南疆中小学法制教育还存在许多薄弱环节,法制教育的开展尚未达到预期的效果。在今后必须进一步提高认识,完善措施,并结合南疆地域特点有针对性地设计法制教育模式和课程。

To strengthen the primary and secondary education in the law is beconfing an important comtent which could facilitate to administering a country according to law. Central and relevant ministers have made important instructions on strengthening the schools＇ education of legal syetem . This topic is on the basis of the investigation of the primary and secondary education in the law in the south Xinjiang to conduct that primary and secondary education in the legal system that still has many weaknesses, and legal education have not yet reached the expected results. We should enhance the understanding and make the solutions perfect,design the patterns and courses of legal education targetedly in the future.
