简述了电子产品的性能参数测量值在测量时需要考虑的几个关键因素,探讨了测量中如何提高测量的精度及准确性,使测量值与被测产品的性能真值更加接近的问题,使检验工作更加准确无误。
Several factors that have influence on the parameter measurement of electronic appliances were introduced. Improving methods are suggested to enhance the accuracy of measurement, which will make measuring results closer to the ideal value.
