摘要
根据电动振动台的工作原理,简要分析了电动振动台动圈平衡位置漂移的原因。基于闭环控制原理,提出了电动振动台动圈平衡控制技术。实践证明,该技术控制精度高、实用性强,有效地解决了电动振动台动圈漂移问题,为长冲程和高速度电动振动的研制和生产提供有力的技术保障。
Based on the principle of electrodynamic vibration system, the reason of armature vibration central excursion is simply analyzed. A new balance control theory of armature is introduced based on the closed-loop control principle. The proposed theory has high control precision and practicability, and solutes the armature central excursion problem. It is a good support for the research and development of long shock or high soped electrodynamic vibration system.
