“虚火”浅析

Aralysis of Deficiency Fire

火有虚、实之分,虚火又有阴虚、阳虚之别。《景岳全书.虚火论》将虚火分为“阴虚有热”和“阳虚有热”两类。诸多医家分别从理论上对“阴虚之虚火”、“阳(气)虚之虚火”进行探讨,认为:阴虚之火是阴虚失敛,阳无所附,妄动而成,为“阴虚火旺”;阳(气)虚之火是因阳气亏虚至一定程度,阴盛格阳,阳气虚散而成,属“阳虚失位”。并就其临床表现逐一鉴别,制定出切实可行的治疗原则,对临床用药有一定的指导意义。

Fire is divided into the deficiency type and the excess type, while the deficiency type is further divided into yang defieiency and yin deficiency. In Complete Works of Zhang Jingyue ： On Deficieny Fire, deficiency fire is divided into the heat symptoms due to yin deficiency and the heat symptoms due to yang deficiency. Many physicians probed the fire of yin deficiency and the fire of yang deficiency respectively in theory. They stated that the fire of yin：deficiency pertains to the hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency in which yin fails to control yang and the fire of yang defideney perfains to the dislocation of yang deftciency in whieh yang is kept externally by yin-excess in the interior at the certain extent of yang deficiency. The physicians differentiates their clinical manifestations and made reliable therapeatieprinciples which have a certain instructive significance to the dinical administration.
