摘要
目的研究玄驹口服液对小鼠耐缺氧、抗疲劳及耐高、低温作用的影响。方法将120只小白鼠随机分为3组,分别为实验组高剂量组、实验组低剂量组、对照组。实验组给予高、低剂量的玄驹口服液[20 mL/(kg.d)、5 mL/(kg.d)],对照组给予等剂量的生理盐水,各组小鼠采用灌胃给药7 d,观察、测定常压下小鼠耐缺氧、游泳法和耐高、低温程度。结果与对照组比较,实验组小鼠常压下耐缺氧作用增强,且呈剂量依赖(P<0.05、P<0.01);高、低剂量组均可延长小鼠负重游泳持续时间(P<0.05);高、低剂量组均可显著提高耐高温和耐寒能力(P<0.01)。结论玄驹口服液对小鼠耐缺氧、抗疲劳及耐高、低温能力具有明显的增强作用。
Objective To observe the effect of XuanJu Oral Liquid on resisting with hypoxia, anti-tlredness, heat-resisting and cold-resisting of mice. Methods One hundred and twenty Kunming mice were divided into 3 groups randornly: 1 control group and 2 experimental groups [high dose group: 20 mL/(kg·d) and low dose group: 5 mL/(kg·d) ]. The equal dose of saline solution was given to the control group. 7 d later, the level of the resisting with hypoxia, anti-tiredness, heat-resisting and cold-reslsting of mice was observed and tested. Results Compared with the control group, the function of hypoxia tolerance of the experimental groups increased, and the effect was dose-dependent ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ) ; the time of swimming with heavy burden was prolonged ( P 〈0.05) and the ability of heat resistance and cold resistance increased obviously (P 〈 0.01 ) both in high and low dose groups. Conclusion The effect of XuanJu Oral Liquid on resisting with hypoxic, anti-tiredness, heat-resisting and cold-resisting of mice is significant.
