摘要 丙丁酚具有调血脂、抗氧化、抗炎、改善内皮细胞功能、抑制血管内膜增生等作用,在防治心血管疾病和糖尿病等方面有广阔的应用前景。笔者对其药理研究及临床应用进行综述。 Probucol not only has an effect on modulating lipids, but also plays roles in antioxidation, antinflammatoin, improving the function of vascular endothelial cells and inhibiting neoinitial hyperplasia, which can support various therapeutic application in cardiaovascular diseases, diabetes and other diseases.
