摘要
针对旋转式井壁取芯器工作空间狭小、高温高压、有污染等恶劣的工作条件,设计了一台满足工作需要的多齿轮式液压马达钻头,分析了所设计的液压马达和普通齿轮液压马达在体积相同的情况下,排量、流量、脉动率、输出转矩及中心轮所受径向力等参数的优越性。
Aimed at the poor working conditions of narrow space, high temperature and pressure, existing pollution for the rotary well wall coring utensil, a kind of drilling bit of multigeared hydraulic motor that satisfies the working requirements was designed. The advantages of parameters of discharge amount, volume of flow, pulsation rate, outputting torque and radial force bore on the central wheel etc. were analyzed under the condition of identical volume of the being designed hydraulic motor and the ordinary geared hydraulic motor.
