摘要
针对目标行业构建行业版ERP系统是解决目前商品化ERP系统普遍存在行业针对性差、系统复杂、实施周期长等诸多问题的有效途径。给出了行业版ERP的定义,重点针对行业版ERP构建中的三类关键技术,即ERP软件系统的组件化技术、业务基础软件平台技术和行业版ERP软件厂商的机构与过程管理技术进行了研究。首先提出一种业务过程驱动ERP系统组件化的系统化方法,进而给出一个面向行业版ERP构建的、以系统化软件复用为主要途径的、层次化的业务基础软件平台框架,最后对行业版ERP构建策略下的软件企业的机构与过程管理问题进行了探讨。
In order to solve the problems in commercial Enterprise Resource Planning（ERP） systems such as large scale systems, low adaptation to specific industry, long implementation cycle, the concept of Industry-oriented ERP（IERP） was advanced, and three key technical issues of constructing IERP were studied, which included componentization of ERP software, business software platform and ERP software vendors＇ organization and process management. Firstly, a systematical busiT ness process driven approach to acquiring various components of ERP software was put forward. Secondly, an IERP construction framework was introduced by adopting business platform as infrastructure and employing systematic reuse of software assets as primary methods. Finally, the problems about organization and process management for IERP vendors were discussed.
