摘要
针对在不同夹紧力下KM刀柄的锥面定位进行了有限元模拟及分析,获得了其径向位移、接触应力和锥面间隙变化的具体数据。分析结果表明,在KM刀柄锥面的中部出现了间隙和接触应力为零的现象,这会给刀柄在主轴中保持正确位置和有效承担切削载荷带来负面影响。
The positioning of tapered interface of KM toolholder under different clamping forces is simulated and analyzed by using Finite-element Method. Data about radial displacement, contact stress and taper interface gap are obtained. The result indicates that there is gap and zero contact stress in the middle section of taper interface, and this will bring negative effects on KM toolholer for its positioning reliability and load-carrying ability.
