摘要
基于数控电火花磨削加工机床,研制了用于加工小直径PCD麻花钻头的数控螺旋伺服进给加工系统,介绍了系统的加工原理、机械系统和伺服控制系统的设计方法。
Based on NC electrical discharge grinding （EDG） machine, the NC spiral servo feed system for machining small diameter PCD twist drills machining system is developed. The machining principle of this system, designs of the mechanism and the servo control system are introduced.
