摘要
针对大多数控制系统中的强耦合问题,以化工生产过程中典型的蒸馏塔为背景,提出了一种多层次的分级控制策略,并将其成功应用于蒸馏塔现场总线控制系统中,该分级控制策略在系统硬件体系结构上做空间分级,在工艺参数控制的先后顺序上做时间分级,在PID参数整定上做逻辑分级,两年多的工业现场应用表明,该分级控制策略在系统的设计、调试、运行和维护等过程中,对蒸馏塔等强耦合系统具有较好的应用效果。
Aiming at the strong coupling of most control system, taking the cal manufacturing process as background, a strategy of control in grades typical distillation column in chemiis given, which is applied in distillation column FCS control system successful. The system takes on space grades in system structure, time grades in the sequence of parameter control, and logic grades in PID parameter tuning, the practical application indicates that the strategy of control in grades has preferable effect on the design, debugging, running, and maintenance of distillation column control system.
