摘要
分散染料染色涤纶织物去除表面浮色时,常用保险粉(Na2S2O4)和烧碱进行还原清洗,此法在深色涤纶织物上的清洗效果不理想.本试验探讨了自制的新型剥色体系JF对偶氮型和蒽醌型分散染料染色后涤纶针织物的还原清洗效果,结果表明:涤纶织物经JF还原清洗后,皂洗牢度、升华牢度和耐汗渍牢度等均优于保险粉,而且剥色体系JF用量仅为0.4% ̄0.5%(owf),清洗前后织物的K/S值变化小.
Reductive cleaning is usually used with hydrosulfite (Na2S2O4) and caustic soda to remove surface loose colors from polyester fiber fabrics dyed with dispersal dyes, but this method is not satisfactory on the deep dyed fabrics, An author-made stripping system JF was investigated to evaluate the reductive cleaning effects of the polyester fiber knitwear dyed with diazo and anthraquinone dispersal dyes. The results indicated that the soaping, subliming and perspiration fastnesses of these fabrics cleaned with JF were better than those with hydrosulfite. JF dosage was only 0.4%-0.5% (owf), and the K/S value changes before and after cleaning were smaller.
