On economic development modes of Bureau of Comprehensive Development of Ministry of Water Resources of China

水利部综合事业局不仅承担水利事业职能,开展水利事业性业务;同时还拥有较大规模的经营性资产,开展经营性投资活动。通过对内外部环境的分析和研究,探讨水利事业单位的发展机遇与挑战,提出相应的经济发展模式选择。

Bureau of Comprehensive Development of Ministry of Water Resources of China not only bears the function of water resources industry and undertakes water resources business,but also owns large-scaled running assets and carries out investment activities.Through researches on its internal and external environments,the development chance and challenge of water resources institutions are discussed,and relative economic development modes are put forward.
