不同安置模式的水库移民社会适应与整合——以珊溪水库为例

Social adaption and integration of reservoir immigrants with different resettlement modes-Take Shanxi Reservoir as an example

以浙江省珊溪水库移民安置为例,研究就地后靠安置、远迁农业安置、自谋职业、自谋出路等4种安置模式。从社会学的视角分析不同安置模式移民面临的社会适应和社会整合问题,提出做好移民思想教育工作,开展各种技能培训,帮助移民转换角色等提高移民社会适应和整合的对策。

Take immigrant resettlement of Shanxi Reservoir in Zhejiang Province as an example,4 resettlement modes are studied.From the viewpoint of social science,social adaption and integration of immigrants with different resettlement modes are analyzed.Some countermeasures are put forward.
