阿司匹林、藻酸双酯钠合用在高危人群中预防缺血性心脑血管病的临床观察

Effect of ASA Combined with PSS on the Prevention of Ischemi Cardio-Cerebrovascular Diseases among High-Risk Population

目的提高缺血性心脑血管病的二级预防效果。方法对588例经确诊的,年龄男45岁、女50岁以上,同时存在2种以心脑血管病危险因素的高危人群,随机分为A组:用阿司匹林(ASA)与藻酸双酯钠(PSS)为治疗组;B组:单用ASA;C组:单用PSS;D组:为空白对照组。观察期为2 a,分别统计各组脑梗死及心肌梗死的发病率。结果4组的发病率分别为2.8%、7.0%、7.5%、11.02%,经用SPSS软件做统计分析,A组与B组间P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论不论ASA与PSS合用还是两药分别应用,均能降低高危人群中缺血性心脑血管病的发病率,但以两药合用组效果更好。

[ Objective] To improve the effect of ischemi cardio - cerebrovascular disease prevention. [ Methods] 588 patients （ over 45 years old for males and over 50 years old for females ） with over 2 kinds of cardio - cerebrovascular risk factors were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely group A that were treated with ASA combined with PSS, group B that were treated with ASA only, group C that were treated with PSS only and group D as the control group. Observation was done for 2 years and the incidence of myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction were calculated. [ Results] The morbidity of the 4 groups were 2.8%, 7.0%, 7.5% and 11.02% respectively; significant difference was found between group A and group B （ P 〈 0.01）. [ Conclusion] Both individual ASA and PSS or the combination of both can reduce the morbidity of ischemi cardio - cerebrovascular diseases, while the combination of ASA and PSS is proved to be more effective.
