摘要
目的研究流动注射分析法测定游泳池水中尿素的方法。方法采用QC8000连续流动注射仪,根据尿素在强酸性条件下与二乙酰一肟生成红色化合物,在530nm波长处有最大吸收峰的原理进行测定。结果方法的线性范围是0.020-2.0mg/L,相关系数为0.9991。方法精密度(RSD)为0.44%-1.89%,检出限为0.020mg/L。加标样品回收率为90%-102%。与国标法中分光光度法对照,检测结果差异无统计学意义(t=O.665,P〉O.05)。结论流动注射法测定游泳池水中尿素的方法简单、快捷、准确,适合游泳池水中尿素的测定。
[ Objective] To study the flow injection analysis method to determine urea in the water of swimming pools. [ Methods ] QC 8000 continuous flow injector was used to determine urea according to the principle that urea combined with diacetyl monoxime and aminothiourea can produce red compound and has maximal absorption peak at he wavelength of 530nm. [ Results ] The linear range was 0.020 - 2.0 mg/L; the correlation coefficient was 0.999 ; relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.44 - 1.89% ; the detection limit was 0. 020 mg/L; the labeled recovery rate was 90% - 102%. The detection result had statistical significance compared with the spectrometry listed in the international law (P 〉 0. 05 ). [ Conclusion ] Flow injection method is simple, rapid and accurate to determine urea in the swimming pools.
