摘要
三湘世纪花城工程施工时,预制桩在锤击沉桩过程中,通过采取控制沉桩速度、合理安排打桩顺序、合理选择锤重和冲程、设置抗震沟、钻孔取土、设置排水砂井等一系列技术措施,有效控制了土体的水平和垂直位移,确保周围建筑物、管网、道路的安全。
In the constructioan of Sanxiang Century Garden Project, a serial of technical measures were taken for hammer-driving of the prefabricated piles, including the control of driving speed, proper arrangement of driving sequence, rational selection of hammer weight and stroke, arrangement of anti-vibration channel and taking soil from bore hole as well as arrangement of dewatering sand well, by all of which the soil displacements were effectively controlled and the safety of surrounding buildings, pipelines and roads was ensured.
