摘要
在微波辐射下合成了(±)-1-[(2-羟基-5-甲基苯基)(苯基)甲基]-2-吡啶苯并咪唑;反应产率为70.3%,高于传统合成方法;反应时间由传统合成方法的10 h缩短到微波合成的45 min;通过数字熔点仪、红外光谱分析、核磁分析对产品进行了表征。
( ± ) - 1 - [2 - Hydroxy - 5 - methylpgenyl) (phenyl) methyl] - 2 - pyridylbenzimidazole was synthesized under microwave irradiation. The yield of reaction under microwave irradiation was 71.3 % and more than the traditional synthesis method. The reaction time under microwave irradiation was 45 rain but the reaction time of traditional synthesis method was 10 h. The compound was characterized by melting point determination, elements analysis, IR and ^1HNMR spectra.
