经历了半个世纪的发展,集装箱运输已经成为当今交通运输现代化的重要形式。近年来,我国集装箱运输有了长足发展,相应的规范集装箱运输的多部法规也不断完善,但是仍然不能完全避免实践中产生纠纷。就集装箱运输中经常遇到的返还空集装箱的问题进行讨论。

Because of its high efficiency, low cost and safety, transportation by containers has been adopted frequently, which has also become the symbol of communication modernization. For recent years, containers transportation has undergone a rapid progress, as well as relevant laws and regulations. But conflicts and arguments in the practice are somehow unavoidable. This article is a study on the return of the empty containers.
