摘要
墨粉的外形对打印质量起着至关重要的作用,如何获得外形规则,具有良好流动性的墨粉,一直困扰着人们。盘管处理方法能够很好的解决这个问题,处理后的墨粉具有规则外形和良好的流动性。在与爆炸法生产的墨粉进行比较以后,可得出如下结论,盘管处理方法与爆破法各有优点,想要进行工业推广还须经过多方面比较论证。
The shape of the ink powder is very important to the quality of printing, how to acquire the regular shape and the good liquidity has perplexed the people for a long time. The coil tube method can be well used to resolve this problem and the handled ink powder has the regular shape and good liquidity. Compare with the explosion method, it can be understood that the two methods has respective advantage, if we want to expend the industry, we have to consider in severa ways to make a desition.
