循证护理在中重度妊娠高血压综合征患者护理中的价值

Values of EBN in Nursing the Moderate and Severe PIH Patients

目的:应用循证护理(Evidence-BasedNursing,EBN)探索妊娠高血压综合征(Pregnancy-inducedHyper-tensionsyndrome,PIH)的有效护理措施。方法:以整体护理对住院患者全面评估,确立护理问题,依托PIH制定护理计划。结果:共136例,全部治愈,占100%,新生儿存活率100%。其中剖腹产78例、子痫27例;患者疾病知识提高94.85%。结论:EBN是促进护理学科发展,提高患者生存质量、消除患者不良心态,服务于个体化,提高护理人员综合素质水平。

Objective To apply EBN （Evidence Based Nursing） to the study of the effective nursing measures of PIH （Pregnancy-indueed Hypertension）. Methods To have a comprehensive evaluation of PIH patients by means of the whole nursing, establish the nursing problems and make a nursing plan in accordance with P1H. Results In 136 cases, the cure rate and the survival rate of newborn babies both amount to 100%. Among these cases there are 78 caesarean births and 27 eclampsia; patients＇level of understanding the disease has increased by 94.85%. Conclusion The application of EBN promotes the development of the nursing scienee, improves patients＇living quality and removes their unhealthy mentality. Besides helping the individuals, it attributes＇to the improvement of the paramedics＇comprehensive quality.
