二维超声成像技术评价胎儿上唇结构异常的价值

The Value of Two-dimensional Echocardiography in the Assessment of Fetal Upper Lip Abnormality

目的:探讨二维超声成像技术评价胎儿上唇结构异常的价值。方法:应用ALOKA-630二维超声诊断仪对1176例中晚期妊娠的胎儿颜面结构进行观察,着重观察胎儿上唇是否连续。结果:中期妊娠经一次或一次以上获得胎儿上唇满意图像,成像率100%;晚期妊娠成像率为66.17%,总成像率为84.52%。其中,发现胎儿成骨发育不全并唇腭裂1例、漏诊1例单纯Ⅱ度唇裂为双胎足月临产一次检查,总畸形率为0.17%。结论:只要手法得当,二维超声也能快速提供清晰的上唇图像,对胎儿唇裂的筛查具有重要价值。

Objective To study the value of two-dimensional echoeardiography in the assessment of fetal upper lip abnormality. Methods We observed with ALOKA-630 all the fetal faces of 1176 fetuses that it was second trimester and late pregnancy, and observed seriously whether the upper lip of fetal was continue or not. Results The fetuses of second trimester can obtainsatisfied picture of fetal upper lip that we examined one and one more, and the ratio of echocardiography is 100%, the ratio of late pregnancy is 84.5 % , in which one case of bone abnormality and cleft lip and palate was found, and one lesion was missed that it was simple Ⅱ°cleft lip on a examination of twin pregnancywhen term delivery was in labor, the ratio of tatal abnormalities is 0.17%. Oonelusion If only your skill is appropriate , two-dimensional echocardiography can also provide quikly the. clear pictureof upper lip, it is of important value in sifting of fetal cleft lip.
