摘要
从护理人力资源的总量与分布、年龄、学历、职称结构及人力资源的配置等几个方面对我.国护理人力资源的现状进行综述,并与国外护理人力资源现状比较,认为目前国内护理人力资源存在总量不足、配置不舍理、学历及职称偏低等问题。
From the aspects such as the sum, distribution, age, education background, professional title structure and allocation, this paper reviews the current status of nursing human resources in China, and compared these factors with those of other countries. The present questions about nursing human resource in China are considered as including the followings: shortage in quantity, unreasonable allocation, low education background and low professional title.
