Research and analysis on cyclic economy model of the industry planning of industrial park: Research of example case of the industry planning of Wuhan chemical eco-industrial park

阐述了循环经济的有效实施模式——生态工业园规划的理念和原则;分析了武汉化工新城产业规划的总体框架、模式进程及产品链结构;列举了产业链结构的组成.研究分析表明:化工新城产业规划具有了生态产业链网的雏形,还需要继续完善化工新城的产业链结构组成,充分考虑重要关联产品的利用,由产业循环经济提升为社会循环经济奠定基础,带动循环型社会的进程.

This paper describes a model of effective implementation of the cyclic economy： Eco- industrial park planning concepts and principles. It analyses the overall framework and model process and products chain structure of chemical industry planning of Wuhan. It listd structure of the industry chain. The research results show that chemical industry planning of Wuhan with the primitive shape of ecological industrial chain network need to be improved with constant consideration of the structure composition of the industry chain and the use of the important related prodticts in order to enhance the industrial recycle economy to lay the foundation of social recycle economy and to promote recycle society in the process.
