摘要 目的探讨黄芪多糖(APS)对NOD小鼠自身免疫性胰岛炎的保护作用。方法观察APS组和对照组NOD鼠糖尿病(DM)发病率、胰岛光镜组织病理和电镜超微结构的变化。结果与对照组相比,APS组NOD鼠1型DM发病率明显下降、发病时间延缓,胰岛组织炎症程度轻,超微结构保存完好。结论APS能预防NOD小鼠自身免疫性胰岛炎的发生。 [Objective] To investigate the protection of Astragalus Polysaccharide (APS) on pathology of autoimmunal insulitis in non-obese diabetic (NOD) mice. [Methods] The incidence rate of Type 1 diabetes meUitus (DM) was calculated, and pancreatic histopathology and ultrastructure were observed with microscope and electron microscope in both APS group and control group. [Results] Compared with control group, the incidence rate of Type 1 DM was lower, and histopathology and uhrastructure of islets were more completely protected in APS group. [Conclusion] It proved the preventive effects of APS on the onset of autoimmunal insulitis NOD mice.
