非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血清乳酸脱氢酶测定及临床意义

Clinical significance of serum lactic dehydrogenase in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

目的探讨血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)与非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)分期及病理分型的关系。方法对50例NHL患者进行血清LDH检测。结果Ⅰ+Ⅱ期与Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者LDH值差异有显著性,高度恶性与中、低度恶性组间LDH值差异有显著性,LDH明显增高者肝脾、骨髓侵犯的阳性率较高,LDH值明显增高者,提示预后不良。结论LDH是预测NHL分期、恶性程度及预后的重要指标。

[ Objective] To discuss the relation of serum lactic dehydrogenase （LDH） level with Ann Arbor stage and histological type in non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma（NHL）. [Methods] The serum level of LDH was measured in 50 eases of patients with non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma. [Results] The LDH level had significant difference between stage Ⅰ ＋ Ⅱand Ⅲ＋Ⅳ, high grade group and low grade ~intermediate grade group. In patients with significant higher LDH level, there was a high rate of invasion in liver, splenic and bone marrow, and it predicted a bad prognosis. [Conclusions] LDH level is important in predicting Ann Arbor stage, histological type and prognosis in NHL.
