剖宫产与阴道分娩对妇女产后性生活变化的影响

目的了解剖宫产术与阴道分娩对妇女产后各种不同类型性问题发生率的影响。方法调查2002年1月￣2005年6月行剖宫产分娩活胎的225例初产妇和同期阴道分娩活胎的256例初产妇,分析其产后6个月性健康状况。结果产后3个月恢复性生活者剖宫产组为84.44%,阴道分娩组为69.53%,差异有显著性。产后6个月恢复性生活者剖宫产组为95.11%,阴道分娩组为94.21%,差异无显著性。产后3个月内阴道分娩组常见性问题以性交痛为主,发生率为58.59%,而剖宫产组发生率为32.00%,3个月后两组发生率分别为12.36%、10.67%。性生活满意度无差异。结论产后性健康问题在产后3个月内与分娩方式有关,但3个月后产后性健康问题与是否剖宫产无关。

[Objective] To study the incidence of women＇s sexual problems between abdominal delivery and vagina delivery. [Methods] A survery among 256 primiparous women with vagina delivery of a live birth at the Fifth Hospital of Qinghai was made between January 1, 2002 and June 31, 2005. And 225 abdominal delivery of a live birth at the same term. [Results] Of them, 84.44% had resumed sexual within three months after abdominal delivery, and 69.53% had resumed sexual activity within three months after vagina delivery, it had significance. 95.11% had resumed sexual within six months after abdominal delivery, and 94.21% had resumed sexual activity within six months after vagina delivery, it had no significance. Dyspareunia was the most common experience for postnatal women. 58.59% had experienced dyspareunia in the first 3 months after vagina delivery 12.36% after the 6th month. 32% had experienced dyspareunia in the first 3 months after abdoatinal delivery 13.21% after the 6th month. The satisfaction degree has no significance. [Conclusion] Sexual health problems in the first 3 months after vagina delivery in connection with ways of birth, but it has no connection after three months.
