摘要
目的探讨艺术院校大学生一般自我效能感与成就动机之间的关系。方法采用《一般自我效能感量表》(GSES)和《成就动机量表》(AMS)对482名艺术院校大学生进行了测量。结果①艺术院校大学生一般自我效能感性别差异并不显著(P>0.05),但是在追求成功动机和合成动机上却存在显著的性别差异(P<0.05)。②艺术院校大学生一般自我效能感与追求成功动机间有显著相关。③艺术院校大学生追求成功动机和合成动机对一般自我效能感有显著的预测作用。结论一般自我效能感与成就动机之间存在密切关系。
Objective To explore the relationship between general self-effieaey and aehievement motivation of art College Students. Methods 482 art eollege students were tested by GSES and AMS. Results ①There was signifieant gender differenee in the motivation of pursuing sueeess and the synthetie aehievement motivation （P〈0. 05）, but there was no signifieant gender differenee of General Self-effieaey （P〉0. 05）. ②There was signifieant eorrelation between general self-effieaey and aehievement motivation. ③Pursuing sueeess and the synthetie aehievement motivation were the signifieant predietors of general self-effieaey. Conclusion General self-effieaey eorrelates with aehievement motivation elosely.
