左金总生物碱对实验性胃溃疡的作用研究

Effects of Total Alkaloid from Zuojinwan on Experimental Gastric Ulcer

目的:研究左金总生物碱对实验性胃溃疡模型的保护作用。方法:采用小鼠水浸应激性、利血平性溃疡两种实验方法复制实验性胃溃疡模型,研究左金总生物碱的保护作用;以热板法与醋酸扭体法检测左金总生物碱的镇痛作用。结果:左金总生物碱对两个不同的实验方法所致的溃疡模型均能减小溃疡点数;对热板法与醋酸扭体法所致小鼠疼痛模型具有显著的抑制作用。结论:左金总生物碱对实验性溃疡模型具有保护作用,左金总生物碱是左金丸的主要有效成分。

Objective, To investigate the protective effects of total alkaloid from Zuojin Pills an experimental gastric ulcer, Methods： The anti-ulcer effects of total alkaloid from Zuojin Pills were observed on the experimental gastric ulcer models that were induced by water immersion stress and reserpine. The analgesic effects were assayed by hot-plate and i, p HA.e, Results, The total alkaloid from Zuojin Pills significantly inhibited the experimental gastric ulcer decreased dots of the ulcer induced by water immersion stress and reserpine, and significantly improved pain induced by hot-plate and i, p, HAc. Conclusion： Total alkaloid from Zuojin Pills may have anti - gastric ulcer and analgesic effects and total alkaloid from Zuojin Pills maybe bioactive ingredients from Zuojin Pills.
