Content Determination of Ferulic Acid in Shengui Capsules

目的：建立参桂胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用Lichrospher C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，以甲醇-1．5％冰醋酸溶液（50：51）为流动相，流速为1．01ml／min，柱温为25℃，检测波长为315nm。结果：阿魏酸在0．00408～0．0408μg范围内线性关系良好，γ=1.0000，平均回收率为102．26％。结论：本法灵敏准确，简便易行，重现性好。

Objective. To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Shengui Capsules. Method： An ODS column was used with a mobile phase consisted of mixture of methanol 1.5 % Acetic acid at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min in this method, and UV detector wavelength was 315 nm. Results： Ferulic acid had a good linearity in the range of 0. 00408-0. 0408μg and γ= 1. 0000;the average recovery rate was 102.26 %, Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility.
