This paper introduced a data acquisition system based on PCI bus and also described the basic theory of DMA and the interrupt of PCI9054. It concerned with the method how to develop drivers with WinDriver, analyzed the main API function in the WinDriver and how to set the parameters of related functions. With WinDriver as the developing tool, at windows2000 systems, it developed the driver of equipment, completing the function of DMA and interrupt.
