通心络胶囊与单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗不稳定型心绞痛成本-效果分析

Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Tongxinluo Capsules and Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained-release Tablets in Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的经济效果。方法根据文献选择160例轻、中度高血压患者,随机分为A组与B组,分别给予通心络胶囊、单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗,疗程均为3wk。运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果A组与B组在症状改善方面的成本-效果比分别为313.13、167.19,在心电图改善方面的成本-效果比分别为327.15、206.71。结论B方案用于不稳定型心绞痛更经济。

OBJECTIVE： To study the economic effect of different drug therapy solutions for the treatment of the same disease .METHODS： 160 cases of patients suffering from mild or moderate hypertension were chosen as per medical literature, and divided randomly into Group A and Group B for separate treatment with Tongxinluo Capsules and Isosorbide Mononitrate SR Tablets for the same course of three weeks. A pharmacoeconomic evaluation was then conducted by adoption of cost - effectiveness analysis.RESULTS：The cost- effectiveness ratios of Group A and Group B were respectively 313,13 and 167.19 in improvement of symptom,and 327.15 and 206.71 in improvement of cardiogram.CONCLUSION：Solution B is more economical in treatment of unstable angina pectoris.
