我院2001～2005年抗肿瘤药利用分析

Consumption of Antineoplastic Drugs in Our Hospital in 2001～2005

目的评价我院抗肿瘤药的应用现状及趋势。方法对我院2001～2005年抗肿瘤药的应用进行回顾性分析。结果抗肿瘤药销售金额逐年上升,抗肿瘤辅助药连续5年销售金额列第1位;他莫昔芬用药频度4年排名稳居榜首;国产药、注射剂、“医保”类抗肿瘤药在我院使用频率较高。结论我院抗肿瘤药使用基本合理,但仍需进一步加强监督管理。

OBJECTIVE：To study the use of antineoplastics, its current status and future trend in our hospital .METHODS： A retrospective analysis was conducted of antineoplastics used in 2001-2005 in our hospital.RESULTS： Anti neoplastic posted year- on- year increases in sales value,with the supplementary agents topping in sales value for five consecutive years, and Tamoxifen topping in DDDs for four of the years .Domestic drugs,injections and drugs on the RDL （reimbursable drugs list for basic medical insurance） reported comparatively higher DDDs.CONCLUSION： The consumption of antineoplastics is basically rational in our hospital, despite the need for further supervisory control.
