玻璃酸钠在我国上市后公开发表的文献分析

Literature Analysis on Sodium Hyaluronate After Entering the Market

目的对玻璃酸钠在我国上市后公开发表的文献进行系统分析,为合理使用玻璃酸钠提供参考。方法以中国学术期刊网、万方数据库为检索工具,检索1994～2005年国内公开发表的文献,录入SPSS统计分析软件包进行分析。结果共检索到285篇文献,分布于118种期刊。评价主要集中于骨科(占63.2%)、眼科(占19.6%);评价方法主要为无对照的研究(占64.2%)、有对照的研究(占14.4%);临床评价的论文质量主要为3级(占15.8%)、4级(占63.2%);100例以下的论文占78%,300例以上的论文有5篇。结论评价论文总体质量较差,难以全面客观地评价玻璃酸钠的有效性与安全性。

OBJECTIVE：To have a systematic analysis of literature on Sodium hyaluronate（SH） for its rational use .METHODS：The articles published in China from 1994 to 2005 were retrieved in CJFD and Wanfang Database put into SPSS package for statistical analysis. RESULTS： 285 articles were acquired by literature searching and distributed in 118 journals .Clinical evaluation was distributed on orthopedics（63.2% ） and ophthalmology（ 19.6% ） .The methods of evaluation were mainly the control study（14.4%） and no control study（64.2%）.The thesis quality of literature was 3rd（15.8%） and 4th（63.2%）.78% of the articles had less than 100 examples.5 articles had more than 300 examples.CONCLUSION ： The evaluation papers cannot objectively assess the efficacy and safety of Sodium hyaluranate because of poor quality.
