象山港、三门湾菲律宾蛤仔重金属含量初步分析

PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS ON THE HEAVY METAL CONTENTS OF SHORT-NECKED CLAM IN XIANGSHAN PORT AND SANMEN BAY

在象山港和三门湾采集菲律宾蛤仔样品30份和20份,测定其重金属含量。结果表明,以平均值计,Hg为0.0440和未检出、Cd0.0722和0.0624、As1.1048和1.7045、Pb0.1245和1.0577、Zn10.7410和11.5000、Cu1.4322和1.0577、Cr0.2357和0.1119。对其结果经统计学处理,表明象山港的菲律宾蛤仔的Hg、Cu、Cr含量比三门湾高,而As却相反,其它Zn、Cd、Pb无显著性差异。

Thirty 30 and 20 batches of short - necked clam, Ruditapes philippinarum, samples were collected in Xiangshan Port and Sanmen Bay, respectively, and their heavy metal contents were determined. The results show that the average values of Hg was 0. 0440 and no finding, Cd 0. 0722 and 0. 0624, Cu 1. 4322 and 1. 0577, Cr 0. 2357 and 0. 1119, respectively in Xiangshan Port and Sanmen Bay. The results treated with statistics indicate the contents of Hg, Cu, Cr in short - necked clam collected in Xiangshan Port were higher than that in Sanmen Bay while the contents of As were on the contrary,and those of Zn, Cd and Pb without evident difference.
