摘要
纳米活性炭(ACNP)具有粒径小、形态规则、表面平滑、比表面积大、吸附能力强、吸附面积大、功能性缓释等良好的体外性质,以及淋巴趋向性、局部滞留性、肿瘤表面附着性、毒副作用极小等优越的体内特性。其作为术中指示剂在彻底根除癌变转移的淋巴结、吸附抗癌药定向杀死癌细胞或抑制癌细胞的淋巴转移方面已经初见成效。
Activated carbon nanoparticles(ACNP) fossess not only many good in vitro features including small particle diameter, regular shape, smooth surface, big specific surface area, high absorbing ability and functional sustained release, but also many good in vivo features including lymphatic targeting,local stagnation, cohering tumor surface and low toxicity. As an intraoperative tracer agent, ACNP can eradicate the metastatic lymph nodes and lead anticancer drug to kill cancer cells and control lymphatic metastasis.
