摘要
对近10年来中国九大类高新技术产品的出口贸易结构和贸易竞争力的实证分析表明：高新技术产品的出口发展迅速，但贸易竞争力较弱；出口贸易结构不合理，发展不平衡；产品增加值低。继续实施“科技兴贸”战略、加大高新技术产业R＆D投入、优化出口结构、提高整个高新技术产品乃至整个工业品的国际竞争力仍然是中国努力的方向。
This paper empirically analyzed expert structure and trade competitiveness of China＇s 9 major categories of high-tech products in the past 10 years nearly. Based on these analyzes, the following conclusions were reached： the high-tech products＇ expert has developed rapidly, but the trade competitiveness was weaker;, expert structure was irrational, the development was imbalanced; high-tech products＇ value added was lower. Therefore, implementing the ＂trade promoted by science and technology＂ strategy, increasing high-tech industries R＆D input, optimizing the structure of experts and improve the international competitiveness of industrial products remains our efforts in the direction.
