摘要
对新引进印度高粱不育系与常用恢复系组配的42个杂交组合进行了配合力测定,结果表明,参试材料的配合力效应存在显著差异,在亲本不育系中,以ICSA12及623A的一般配合力效应值最大,分别为18.40和13.50;在亲本恢复系中,以晋粱5号和1383-2一般配合力效应值最大,分别为34.40和42.34。由于双亲的交互作用,各组合的特殊配合力效应值以10598A×忻粱7号最大,其次为10604A×TX2736。育种实践证明,一般配合力效应值大、特殊配合力效应值也大且有较大变异的亲本,对于反应量愈大愈好的育种目标而言才是最理想的亲本类型。试验中ICSA12不仅有高的一般配合力效应,也同时与3个恢复系亲本产生了高的特殊配合力效应,是一个较理想的亲本。
From the result of combining ability test of forty- two cross combinations between the new Indian Sterility and usual restoring lines, it is concluded that there is significant difference in the combining ability between the two testing materials. In the parent of sterilities, ICSA12 and 623A have the biggest values of combining ability, 18.40 and 13.50. In the parent of restoring lines, the Jinliang5 and 1383-2 have the best effectiveness with the values 34.40 and 42.34, based on the interaction of parent, the combination of 10598A × Xinliang7 have the best effectiveness of combining ability, the next is the combination of 10604A × TX2736. The practice of breeding proves that the best parent should be the variable one with good effectiveness in both general and special combining abilities. In this experimentation, ICSA12 have got a good effectiveness of combining ability with all the three parents of restoring lines and it is an ideal parent.
