摘要
研究结果表明,外植体用0.1%HgCl2灭菌15 min可达到完全灭菌的效果;试管苗增殖以6-BA浓度0.05mg/L效果最好;试管苗生根以IBA浓度0.2mg/L较合适,移栽成活率可达62%。
The research results showed that when 0.1% HgClz was applied in sterilization for external implanter, complete sterilization could be got. In seedling propagation suitable concentration of 6 - BA was 0.05mg/L,and when IBA was at a concentration of 0.2mg/L the survival rate of transplantation would be as high as 62 96.
