应用百分位法对冬小麦相对气象产量进行气候年景划分,在资料分析的基础上,结合已有研究成果,确定各生育期平均气温、降水量、日照时数的评价指标和灾害分级指标。所建立的气候年景评价模式和灾害评估模式具有较好的业务应用价值。

According to the winter wheat relative meteorogilal yields, 5 climate annual status are set up by using percentile methed. Based on analysis of date and pioneer＇s study results, the assessment criterions of mean temperatures, precipitations and sunshine durations in different growing periods are put forward, and so do some meteorological disaster degrees. Established assessment models of climate status and meteorological disasters have good effects in operational works.
