摘要
针对砂砾石深覆盖层上闸坝的沉降计算问题,采用ANSYS中的面面接触模型模拟闸坝的结构缝,结合锦屏二级水电站首部拦河闸工程,实现了绝对沉降和不均匀沉降的计算。提出了控制闸坝沉降和不均匀沉降的措施,并通过对不同工作条件下闸基的沉降分析,对固结灌浆加固措施进行了论证,指出锦屏二级水电站首部拦河闸工程固结灌浆的变形模量必须提高到68.5MPa才能将闸室沉降量控制在水闸规范允许的范围内。
By use of the surface-to-surface contact model of ANSYS to simulate the structural joints of sluice dams, the absolute settlement and uneven settlement of the river sluice project at Jinping Grade-Ⅱ Hydropower Station were calculated, and some measures were proposed for controlling the absolute settlement and uneven settlement of the sluice dam. Based on settlement calculation of sluice foundation under different operation conditions, the effectiveness of consolidation grouting measure was verified. It is necessary to improve the consolidation deformation modulus of the river sluice foundation to 68.5 MPa, so that the lock chamber settlement could be controlled within the permissible range of the sluice code.
