摘要
设计了常温下普通强度等级混凝土和高性能自密实混凝土的试验,对比分析了玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维在掺量一致(0.5kg/m3和1.0kg/m3)、长度相近的条件下对混凝土性能的影响。试验表明,玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维均能提高普通混凝土的抗折强度和劈拉强度,但玻璃纤维的效果优于聚丙烯纤维。玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维对高性能自密实混凝土抗压强度和抵抗早龄期自由收缩的能力的影响区别不明显,但均能改善高性能自密实混凝土受压时的脆性破坏特征。
Experiments were performed to study the influences of glass fiber and polypropylene fiber on the behavior of concrete. In the experiments, two kinds of fibers with the similar length were mixed with the normal concrete and self-compacting high- performance concrete (SCHPC) at the same dosages (0.5 kg/m^3 and 1.0 kg/m^3, respectively).The results indicate that both of the two kinds of fibers can improve the flexural tensile strength and the splitting tensile strength of the normal concrete, while the effect of glass fiber is superior to that of polypropylene fiber, and that there is little difference between the influences of the two kinds of fibers on the compressive strength and free shrinkage at the early age of SCHPC , and both of them can improve the behavior of brittle failure of SCHPC under compression.
