摘要 针对混凝土黏结补强研究现状,研制一种新型改性环氧水泥浆,对其黏结补强性能进行试验分析。试验设计主要考察固化剂含量、水泥用量及粗糙度对黏结效果的影响。结果表明,该新型改性环氧水泥浆克服了普通环氧浆体在潮湿环境下不能很好固化的弱点,与湿浇新混凝土有较强黏结力,用作黏结界面剂能有效提高新老混凝土黏结性能。 Based on current researches of concrete bonding repair, a new type of modified epoxy cement mortar was developed, and an experimental study was performed on its performance with emphasis placed on the influences of dosage of solidifying agent, cement content and roughness on the bonding effect. The modified epoxy cement mortar can be well solidified in wet environment, while the common mortar can not, and it can strongly bond with newly wet-placed concrete. Therefore, the modified epoxy cement, used as an interface bonding agent, can improve the bonding performance.
