摘要 根据(S)-3-羟基-γ-丁内酯合成路线中起始原料的不同,综述了以L-苹果酸、(S)-4-氯-3-羟基丁腈、(2R,3R)-2,3-二羟基-γ-丁内酯、(S)-肉碱、乳糖、麦芽糖等为原料的几种类型的合成,并评述了其优缺点。 According to the different raw material of (S)-3-Hydroxy-γ-butyrolacton, synthesis methods for (S)-3-Hydroxy-γ-butyrolactone by L-malic acid, (S)-4-chloro-3-hydroxybutanenitrile, (2R,3R)-2,3- dihydroxy-γ-butyrolacton, S-carnitine, lactose, maltose were reviewed and their advantages and disadvantages were described.
