摘要
研究了过氧化物对氯丁橡胶硫化胶性能的影响,并与金属氧化物硫化的氯丁橡胶硫化胶的性能进行了对比。结果表明,过氧化物可以硫化氯丁橡胶,硫化胶的交联密度、物理机械性能及耐油性能可以达到金属氧化物硫化胶的水平;但耐热老化性能及高温压缩永久变形性能均较差;添加适当的防老剂后,耐热老化性能可以得到改善。
In the current work,the effect of peroxide used as curing system on the properties of chloroprene rubber（CR）was investigated. At the same time,it was also contrasted with other metallic oxides curing system. The results showed that CR could be cured with peroxide. The crosslinking density, the mechanical properties and the oil resistant properties of CR remained good. The thermal aging properties and the comprehensive properties became worse. The thermal aging properties could be improved by the addition of proper anti-agers.
