摘要
Windows操作系统已得到普遍使用,而目前我国齿轮整体误差测量仪的软件操作环境仍为DOS平台,已不适应时代的发展。本文针对此,以CZ-450齿轮整体误差测量仪为例分析了该类仪器的测量原理,提出了仪器由DOS向Windows操作平台升级的系统硬件构建方案、实现方式和测量软件的更新目标及开发架构。
Windows OS(operation system) is used everywhere, but in our country, the software platform of the Gear Integrated Error Tester is based on MS-DOS OS. In order to make the instrument measuring operation more powerful and convenient, we should develop the Windows' measure platform. Based on the CZ450 Gear Integrated Error Tester, analyses the principle of the instrument is analysed, and the realization of the system hardware and software development aims and frame for upgrading the Gear Integrated Error Tester are exploed.
