摘要
讨论了标准插齿刀和修正插齿刀的结构特征及对加工质量的影响;推导了精确齿侧面的理论方程和啮合方程,以及插齿刀二阶母面的数学描述,分析了插齿刀修正齿侧面的形成方法。对两种进给方法铲磨插齿刀的精度进行比较,得出了应用齿侧面修正可以制造出具有合理刃磨角度的高精度插齿刀,而且只需要对齿侧面精磨工序加以改变,采用传统的工艺及设备即可制造出来。
On the base of analyzing the defect of involute helical gear shaper,this paper has discussed the preciseness of this gear shaper's effect on quality of the profile of gear,and the cause of error,has concluded theoretical equation and equation of engagement of the precise flank of gear and mathematical description.Discussed the forming method of flank of correct gear of gear shaper.And has compare the preciseness of these two method of feeding.And has proved that it is possible to form high princiseness gear shaper which has reasonable gringing angle by correcting the flank of gear.By make some difference to the delicate grinding process of flank of gear,it can be finished by usual technology and equipment.
