摘要
介绍了国内外带传动理论与技术的发展历史,综述了国内外带传动产品、传动带材料、生产装备及理论研究等方面的现状。指出小型化、精密化和高速化将是今后带传动的发展方向,切边V带、同步带、多楔带、CVT用无级变速带、磁性复合金属带等新型传动带将是今后传动带产品开发的重点。同时还指出,先进的生产工艺装备和试验测试设备的研制与开发将是今后带传动技术领域所需要解决的主要问题。
Belt drive is one of the typical mechanical transmissions,which is widely applied in machine,automobile,chemical industry and textile industry,etc.The history of research on belt drive is summarized and some present situations are reported,such as products,materials,technologic equipment and theoretical studies of belt drive.Belt drive will develop toward miniaturization,precision and high-speed in the future.Some new transmission belts need to be developed,such as raw edge V-belt,synchronous belt,ribbed V-belt,metal belt for CVT and magnetic complex metal belt.The main problems in the field of belt drives are to develop some advanced manufacturing technology and test equipment.
