摘要
以区域经济发展与水环境保护相协调为目标,建立了水资源多目标配置模型,并提出了一种基于博弈分析思想的模型求解方法.求解时将多目标决策设计问题转化为博弈决策问题,并采用灵敏度指标及模糊聚类方法将整体设计变量集合分解为各博弈方拥有的战略集,建立多目标问题博弈分析的技术路线和计算步骤,同时采用了协同进化算法.盐城市水资源配置决策应用结果表明,该方法是可行和合理的.
With the coordination between local economic development and water environment protection taken as an objective, a multi-objective water resources allocation model was developed, and a solving method based on the game theory was proposed. In this method, the problem of multi-objective decision-making for model design was converted into that of game-based decision-making, and the integral design variable set was decomposed into the strategic set of each game player in terms of the sensitivity index and the fuzzy cluster method. Furthermore, the technical route and calculating steps for game analysis of muhi-objective problems were est^lished by using the arithmetic of co-evolution. The feasibility and reasonability of the present method were verified by its application to decision-making for water resources allocation of Yancheng City.
