Clinical Experiences of Professor Zhang Yunpeng in Treating Hepatocirrhosis

张云鹏教授治疗肝硬化,积有经验。根据临床观察,肝硬化属疫毒内伏,气滞血瘀,肝络痹阻,为虚实夹杂之证,治疗当以解毒软坚为主,兼以活血利胆,辅以扶正调控免疫。本文详细阐述了肝硬化活动期、静止期的治疗大法,及并发昏迷、黄疸、腹水的治疗,张师强调肝硬化治疗的关键是防变。

This article explored professor Zhang Yunpeng＇ s clinical experiences in treating hepatocirrhosis with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. According to clinical observation, the key pathogenesis of hepatocirrhosis is epidemic taxicity blocked internally induced qi-stagnancy and blood stasis and blockade of liver vessol; it is the syndrome of mixed excess and deficiency. The main therapy is deintoxication and softening hard mass, concurrently with promoting blood flow for prorooting bile flow, assisting with strengthening body resistance to regulate immune function. This article expounded in full the therapy methods of active stage and resting stage of hepatocirrhosis, and the complication therapy of coma, jaundice and ascites. Professor Zhang emphasized that the key point in treating hepatocirrhosis is the prevention of the progress and trammission of a disease.
